Whenever we have guests overnight, this is what I make for breakfast. I make it a day or two ahead of time so there's no cooking the next morning after a long evening of playing cards. My only hint would be to take it out of the fridge right away when you get up so it can warm to room temperature before you put it in the oven. I serve it with toast and plenty of hot, delicious coffee. If you love gravy like I do, a bit of that on the side is bonus! NOTE: This dish is perfect if serving brunch with a Bloody Mary Bar!
